Information you provide us directly:

This information may include: first names, last names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, profile pictures, usernames, passwords, business names, business email addresses, business phone numbers, business postal codes, business addresses, business profile pictures, and other information you choose to provide.

Information used when you inventory your material. This may include: stock numbers, serial numbers, VINs, pictures, and physical locations.

Information used when you change preferences or settings.

Device Information:

We may collect the following information about your mobile device: hardware model, hardware specifications, hardware status, operating system and version, and network information.

Device identifiers:

When you use a mobile device to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by RDMS.

A device identifier may deliver information to about how you browse and use the Service and may help us provide reports or personalized content. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

Log Information:

When you interact with the Services, we collect device logs and server logs, which include the following information: Device Information, Device Identifiers, access dates and times, app features viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of device.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Services.

Prevent fraud and abuse of our Services.

Personalize the Services, including providing or recommend features and content.

Diagnose or fix technology problems and provide support.

Develop and test improvements, new products and features.

Your information may be shared with any users of the Services that you have chosen to share your information with.

With RDMS subsidiaries and affiliated entities that provide services or conduct data processing on our behalf, or for data centralization and / or logistics purposes;

With vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

We may disclose any information about you that is in our possession or control to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate: (a) to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas); (b) to protect our property, rights, and safety and the property, rights, and safety of a third party or the public in general; and to identify and stop any activity that we consider illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company;

In the event of sale or transfer in part or whole of RDMS or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

 

4. HOW WE STORE AND TRANSMIT YOUR INFORMATION

We take appropriate administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, interference, or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which RDMS maintain facilities.

RDMS may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
